To reserve the VR Lab for your event or activity, please read the following terms and services conditions: 1. Our Regular Service Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 - 17:00. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. 2. The reservation is available on a first-come first served basis. The laboratory committee reserves the right of final decision. 3. All applications shall be submitted for approval no less than 7 working days before the date of the event. 4. Complete the form below 5. Please allow 48 hours for your reservation to be confirmed.
